How many Propoints in Noodle Box

Noodle Box

Check out the full list of eating out guides here.

Noodle box uses fresh ingredients and use no extra oil when cooking. My local noodle box chef was happy to tell me that they quickly boil your stir-fry ingredients before transferring them to the wok; where they are cooked it in the marinade/sauce instead of using extra oil! He also told me that they will happily do double meat or vegies in your order which reduces the amount of noodles (although there is an extra charge about $3).
Some of the dishes can be high in ProPoints values so your best option is to stick to their 97% Fat free menu which includes:
  • Nasi Box (small only)
  • Singa Box (small only)
  • Sweet Box (small / regular)
  • Gung Ho Soy Box (small / regular)
  • Mee Gee Seafood Box (small / regular)
  • Beef and Blackbean (small / regular)
  • KT Box (small / regular)
  • Teriyaki Chicken Box (small / regular)

This information is based on small box 410g and regular box 710g. Check out the nutritional information here.
I follow the ProPoints plan so if you have any information on the old points dishes or questions please feel free to comment it’s always appreciated.
