Mountain Bread "tortilla" chips

I decided to make my own chips for dips and snacks but instead of using tortilla's I tried mountain bread! They came out very light and crispy; I was very impressed. The only flavouring I used was salt but you could use pepper, chilli flakes, lime, garlic, cumin, vinegar or dried herbs. Be careful though, as they can burn easy if you leave them in the oven to long.

Cook in oven for 5 minutes and then turn over chips and return for a further 5 minutes to oven.
Keep a careful eye on your chips as cooking time varies, and they may only take a further 2-3mins.
