This calculator is programmed for a minimum 29 ProPoints per day. As of January 2011 Weight Watchers is reducing the minimum ProPoints plan allowance from 29 to 26 ProPoints values, making the plan more flexible.
In addition to your daily point allowance you are also aloud an additional 49 bonus or weekly ProPoints. These points are to be used at anytime throughout the week or can be saved for maximum weight loss. However any bonus points not used at the end of the week lapse and don't transfer into the new week.
Daily points also lapse at the end of the day and cannot be 'saved' like in previous plans. Remember your calculated daily points are the minimum number of points you should be eating per day.
